Prices & Our Packages

Designers think outside the box and give you a fresh perspective. Designers can save you money & time. they can push you according the project, you will need them for Space Planning & Project Management. Briefly they can bring you both quantity and quality.

The difference between Arano service packages is in the “number of alternatives received” and the “level of project designers“.

In the “optimal” package, you will be able to get your ideal design by talented and vetted designers at a lower cost. In the “standard” package, your design will be done by leading and experienced Arano designers.

“Professional” and “custom” packages allow you to get more design alternatives or allow design changes more often. Also, in these packages, your project is done by very experienced and professional designers.

With a professional team and more than 10 years of experience, Arano Studio guarantees that you will be satisfied with the final design.

We assure you that if you are not satisfied with your received design, we will edit & modify it for once according to your opinion.

“Initial order registration” on the site is a free consultation request and does not involve any costs.
“After the first payment“, the order becomes a legally binding contract & we will start your project.
If your request to cancel the order is before the start of the design process (less than 24 hours after order registration); We can cancel your order and refund the amount paid to you.
If you cancel the process “after the start or during the project”, the order fee will be received up to that stage, and if more than that is paid, the rest will be returned to you.

The cost of designing each project includes the cost of phase zero (conceptualization and initial design), the cost of phase one (final design), the cost of phase two (preparation and production of drawings and technical documents) and the cost of implementation or construction. It can be paid in four stages.

The customer can pay the total amount of the contract in one step or in 4 steps:

 – 30% in the first stage for the initial design (phase zero)

 – 30% in the second stage for the final design (Phase one)

 – 30% in the third stage to prepare documents and technical drawings (phase two)

 – 10% in the fourth stage to estimate time and costs for and provide implementation or construction

The price of Arano Studio “Standard” package is calculated based on the usual cost of engineering services (approved by Construction Engineering Organization in Iran).
“Professional” and “custom” service packages offer you more services at a slightly higher cost

Process & Order Registration

There’s no standard answer because there are a number of factors involved in the architect’s design process timeline. It depends to some factors such as Project Scale, client requirements, number of alternatives, clients’ amendments & etc. Having a professional team and optimizing the design process is an advantage that allows Arano Studio to advance projects quickly. The first step is «Creating Concept & Schematic Design». in this step we will offer several different Alternatives to client. Second step is «Design Developments» based on clients’ amendments. in the Third step «Construction Documentation» we will prepare drawings suitable for permit submittal and construction. Finally in last step «Implementing & Construction» we will ensure the proper execution of design. see more information here.

To register your order on the site, all you have to do is go to the “Submit Order” section and go through all the steps based on the services you request. At the end, “your profile” will be asked. Your order will be finalized after submitting “Price Estimate” and “Complying with Site Rules“.

If you go through all the steps correctly, In the last step, the message «Your order has been received» will be displayed. And a «Tracking Code» will be sent to your email.

At the beginning of each project, our experts will accurately receive all your requirements, needs & tastes. In addition, Arano will apply all of your amendments after receiving your comments on preliminary design. Our goal is provide you a special and exclusive design.
